Your subconscious mind is the storage facility for every memory, every thought, every decision you’ve ever made. Its job is to protect you. If your subconscious mind holds the belief that being fat keeps you safe, or makes you strong, or is somehow genetically inevitable, all your efforts on a conscious level will be blocked.
